Ian has extensive industry experience in operations and customer relationship management, and plays a key role in customer relations, quoting and market strategy of Oceania. Prior to joining Oceania, Ian held senior management, operational and customer focused roles across a variety of companies within the bus/coach/tourism and maritime industries.
