										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><u></u>After 30 years in the Bus and Coach Industry, <strong><em>Grant Ridgewell</em></strong> is due to retire as a Director of Oceania Coachlines this year. Grant was a founding Director of the Oceania at the time of its formation in 2000 and has overseen the growth of its customer base in the last 15 years.</p>
<p><strong><em>Ian Greenslade</em></strong> will assume an ownership interest and join Oceania Coachlines as a Director in July. Ian, who has had extensive industry experience in senior operational and customer management roles across a variety of companies in the bus and coach, tourism and maritime industries, will focus on customer relationships and business growth.</p>
<p><strong><em>Chris O’Brien </em></strong>joins Oceania Coachlines in June as Operations Manager.</p>
<p>Chris, with a background in operational and leadership roles within the bus and coach industry, will provide operational and administrative support for Office Manager Deidre Haines and Managing Director Tim O’Rourke.</p>

<p>At Oceania we pride ourselves on continuously improving the design of our tour coaches. Our latest innovation is a brand new coach with increased leg room, offering a maximum of 44 seats and the convenience of a restroom on the same level. The XLR has all the features showcased in our luxury 4 and 5 Star 49-seat Volvo B12 tour coaches (listed above). Already heavily booked for its inaugural season, the XLR CLASS tour coach is available by special request and is subject to availability.</p>
