Coaches for transport to conferences and events in New Zealand
We have extensive experience in providing tour coach services for both small and large conferences and events in and from our home bases of Auckland and Christchurch. 



Some of the larger and more prestigious conferences and events we have handled are:

  • 16th Annual Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APFF) - for 380 delegates 

  • Miki Incentive Group – 600 passengers 

  • 57th World Health Organization Regional Conference - for 350 delegates. 

  • Commonwealth Local Government Forum – for 315 delegates 

  • Rhapsody Rotorua, an annual event of up to 360 student musicians

Large Conferences and Events 
Our role generally commences with a preliminary consultation to identify the key requirements and once determined, to provide quotations. We then assist with detailed planning and logistics. Given the limited facilities for the movement of large groups of people at many venues, this can be a bit more complicated that it sounds! 

We then set up the schedules for transfers, sightseeing and partner programmes and secure the tour coaches. During busy times of the year, and for very large groups, this can involve brokering tour coaches from outside our own fleet. If required, we can also provide staff to assist with on site operations. 

Small Conferences and Events 
From your office front door to exciting destinations throughout New Zealand, an Oceania tour coach is the comfortable and convenient way to travel. With predominantly two sizes, luxury 29 and 49 seat tour coaches to select from, we can cater for groups both large and small.
