Tim O’Rourke

Managing Director

Tim oversees all aspects of the business with a particular emphasis on coach operations and standards. With a strong background in tourism, he has held senior management roles in some of New Zealand’s largest tour coach and tour operations companies. Much of Tim’s role is focused on logistics – matching coaches and drivers with clients to make sure that Oceania offers the right team for every tour. Our clients come from all around the world to experience New Zealand’s unique landscape and culture. We want them to go home feeling that their expectations have been exceeded in every way.

Ian Greenslade


Ian has extensive industry experience in operations and customer relationship management, and plays a key role in customer relations, quoting and market strategy of Oceania. Prior to joining Oceania, Ian held senior management, operational and customer focused roles across a variety of companies within the bus/coach/tourism and maritime industries. Ian understands the importance of delivering tours that meet the high standards of Oceania’s customers. We work hard to make every client’s experience a memorable one. We take pride in having many clients that regularly come back to us.

Deidre Haines

Office Manager

Deidre joined the company soon after it was formed and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Deidre has a very hands-on role carrying out all the administrative work.

Chris O’Brien

Operations Manager

Chris plays a support role across the business assisting in the areas of coach operations, quoting, administration and customer relations. Chris’s background includes many years in the bus and coach industry in senior operational and leadership roles.
